Angel has, over the past 20 years, dedicated her career to learning how to connect with system impacted individuals.  Angel has had the privilege working nationally and internationally building inclusion and understanding within the community.  

Successes

    Rebuilt the employment department preparing to successfully secure over 14 new contracts and $ 20 million in new grant funds in California

    Managed multimillion dollar contract  overseeing multiple subcontractors implementing employment workforce programs 

    Transformed 12 State and Federal transitional housing programs by restructuring the On Call Program: Increased training, improved quality staff, reduction in turnover (45%-28%)

    Recruited, Hired, and Trained over 120 staff to work with the justice involved

    Increased justice involved employment placement from 56% - 70% 

    Built strong community networks to increase transition success
