Your team is overworked and dealing with a lot. Let SOS take on the difficult, time-consuming clients, for we specialize in chronic offenders and hard-to-place individuals. Securing and succeeding in employment gravely affects confidence, livelihood, relationships, quality of life, and success in freedom. We have a semi-individualized program that will teach you how to find and get the career you want, the knowledge of what employers need in an employee, and how to thrive in your new position. PROGRAM: $360 per client: 8 weeks of semi-individualized employment and support services Intake: Gain an understanding of the needs and risks to transition successfully Employment Readiness Course: Address inaccurate and inappropriate employment behavior and expectations. This includes basic readiness, conflict resolution, communication differences, and employee rights, and understanding the dynamics of the workforce leadership. Intensive Personalized Case Management (IPCM): The Intensive Personalized Case Management is designed to provide extensive supportive services to the participants. This attention allows the advocate to handhold our participants through some of the challenges of re-entry and provide a leg up on their goals. Follow up: Ensure the employee is successful in his new position by working with the employer, probation, and support services while addressing any behavioral or circumstantial challenges arise.
